We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund policy
Hey, We know sometimes things don’t work. If you didn’t like our product, you may return it, no hard feelings!!
Please keep these things in mind:
Return & Refund Policy: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund. After this period, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
Before requesting a refund, we highly recommend using the product for at least two days. Your body needs time to adjust to the improved posture and support our products provide. Give it a little time—you might just feel the difference!
Convenience: To make the process hassle-free for you, we offer reverse pick-up services. Please note that this feature depends on your area's pin code.
Condition: For a smooth refund process, kindly ensure that the product(s) are returned in their original condition. We will not be able to give refund for products showing signs of wear, damage or dirty.
Three modes of choosing to get a refund:
Back to Source: Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check. If it passes, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. In case of COD payment condition the refund would be transferred via bank transfer (NEFT or upi method) only.
Partial Refund: For partial return on combo or bundle discounted orders, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual (non-discounted) price of the product. If the return doesnt full free product criteria then it has to be returned too.
Terms & Conditions:
Time-bound Returns: Products returned beyond the 7-day period, or those showing signs of use or damage, cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Sales Platform: For sales from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces, returns may not be applicable from our website.
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the goods and confirm the quality check.
